Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds, or allow returns on our personalised/bespoke products, as they are created individually for each customers specific needs and requirements. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly check through your personalisation details prior to completing you order.

Returns for Non-personalised/bespoke products, if the customer changes their mind they can return any product at their own cost within 30 days of receiving delivery. All products should be returned in their original packaging and complete with any accessories included.

If a product does not arrive or is faulty/damaged or is incorrect to what you have ordered, then within 30 days of its delivery you may exercise the right to a replacement or full refund.
